We love working with Cange Group, LLC! Their staff is always friendly and helpful — as property managers, they are incredibly responsive. We never have to wait to have our building/maintenance needs met! I know they would say they are just “doing their jobs” but if everyone were are professional and terrific to work with as they are, what a better place the world would be!
I want to thank you for the great service you have provided since taking over as building managers. We have seen a lot of progress on issues carried over from the last year and you have really helped us work through our issues. Thanks for your help.
As an Alaska business owner with the long and sometimes treacherous winters, my main concern is for my customers and employees safety.
Cange Group, LLC has always addressed my concerns in ensuring everyone’s safety.
Thank you Cange Group!
Shawn has always been professional and maintained a caring attitude, even though he was representative of the landlord first and foremost. He worked diligently to carry through and follow-up with tenant requests in a timely fashion, sometimes without a lot of support staff to assist him.
He was always available to meet our needs and handle requests.
