Shawn Cange, Broker/Owner of Cange Group, LLC., has over 20 years of construction and real estate experience in Alaska with his primary focus being commercial property management and leasing. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and holds a Certified Property Management (CPM) designation through the globally recognized organization, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Elected by his peers, he is the current acting President of the local IREM Alaska Chapter. Shawn’s education and qualifications have proven him to be knowledgeable and respected within this fast-paced industry.

Meagan joined the Cange Group team in early 2019. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-day management and operations of multiple commercial properties located in the Anchorage area.
Meagan has over 13 years of property management and real estate experience in commercial, retail, and industrial office buildings. She has strong administrative skills, a thorough knowledge of contracts and property accounting and a passion for fostering lasting owner/tenant relationships by delivering personalized tenant service. She is responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests to service contractors and following up on those requests with tenants, overseeing tenant relations, maintaining lease data, and involved with leasing/lease negotiations. She works closely with owners to maximize income and ROI of the properties by preparing comprehensive operating and capital budgets and overseeing accounts receivable and payable functions. Meagan holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in successful construction experiences.
Meagan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Justice and Business Management. She is also a member of IREM and BOMA Alaska.
Amanda Doughty is currently Cange Group, LLC's newest addition after completing the new four-year Weidner Property Management and Real Estate (WPMRE) program at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) College of Business and Public Policy, an AACSB accredited college. Since graduating in 2015, Amanda has hit the ground running in the property management field. Amanda is currently involved in the day-to-day management of a wide array of properties within the Cange Group, LLC portfolio. Her involvement includes oversight of daily building operations, tenant interaction, procurement and management of vendors, lease/lease negotiation, tenant and capital improvements, annual budgeting, and monthly reporting.
Jazz comes to Cange Group, LLC with experience in corporate accounting and controlling. Prior to joining Cange Group, she worked as the controller for Alaska’s largest mental health security company. Jazz is a graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage Master’s of Business Administration program, with an emphasis in data analytics. Committed to honesty and transparency, Jazz holds herself to the highest standard with her fiduciary responsibility, to both business and client. We are excited to have her as part of the team, and her contributions to the growth of the company.
